InfoPath Dev

I have setup a data source that works correctly in the browser-sorted by customer name descending. I have an issue when I try to create an item through SharePoint designer (using the same form) it sorts the same data source by ID descending. I cannot figure out where to look to try to resolve this issue. Can anyone assist? Thanks, Jesse

Having same issue with InfoPath form, data not sorting when loading. I have tried to rebuild data connection several times still no change.  Is there a way to create a rule on load to bring data in as sorted to temporary table and pull from the table or is that not available as InfoPath function?

It seems like there is a configuration setting that maybe we are missing... there doesn't appear to be any reason that sorting just doesn't work when you look at the same list offline. 

Is there anywhere else or anyone else you are aware of to look at this issue?
