Populating seperate fields by selecting a mult-selection dropdown list.

I have a multi-selection list box. I have about 100 items of inventory. I want to select the items I’m ordering and have those items populate a repeating table below in a text field (one selection per item number).  Item  #1 , Item #2. In other words set a field for each item selected.

Have you considered just re-displaying the same repeating field on the form again? Sorry, I'm still not getting what you are trying to do. If you reply to this, you'll see the Options tab that will let you attach a file - perhaps you could attach a screenshot there?

Unfortunately, this isn't something easy to do right out of the box with InfoPath - you'll need to write code (or you could give qRules a try) for this.

Anyone have any code for this? I'm not a developer. Maybe if someone could steer me to a web site.
