im new to sharepoint.. please help me out ... i wanted to make previous fields to be disabled or uneditable in repeating section....

Hi - I'm not quite sure what you are looking to do, here. What would indicate a field was "previous"? I'm guessing you'll be needing some conditional formatting, possibly releated to preceding-sibling - so here's a link to a sample form that might help you - but again, I'm guessing, so more detail would help.

oh thnKuU Hilary ... i appreciated ur response .. but what i wanted to ask was this : suppose i have a repeating section in which i have placed text box .. now my question is if that person clicks on "insert item" and next section will appear then i wanted to disable the previous section or to make it read only so that person could not make changes in the previous section ... i hope u understand my scenario ... :) help me out ..
