Hello and merry xmass/happy holidays.

Is there a way I can open up the greyed out section of recipients when I submit a form?  I have it set up to a few specific addresses but what I need to do is to be able to receive a form in to a sharepoint library and myself from submitter X.  I open it up, modify it and resubmit it but now adding in submitter X into the recipients list.   I dont want to have to go to "file-Save&send" to be able to inform submitter X that thir form has been updated.

Maybe there is a way for the submitter to be automatically notified that their request has been processed without having them set an alert within sharepoint?

Hi-

No, the email dialog is read only and merely informative (not editable).

You could have a form field called emailTo and another called emailCC. Then, via form rules, you can set the values of those fields to send email to the correct people at the correct action.

Then your email submit data connection would be set up to send email to emailTo and emailCC instead of having hardcoded emails in the data connection.
