InfoPath Dev

I am using Infopath 2007 with SharePoint 2007 and Outlook 2007.  When I have a web form published to SharePoint and it is submitted via email to people the form is distorting the Date Picker field and it is really long.  The form looks correct it design mode, preview mode, and when you are filling it out via IE to submit.  But when it comes across to email the field with the date picker is really long and stretches the whole form out.  How can I get this adjusted to work with SharePoint, IE, and Outlook? 

Sending nicely formatted emails from InfoPath is typically a big headache.

If I use an expression field, is there a way to hide the date picker field from showing up on the submitted form that comes across to email?

Yes, I think that's what the previous link I provided was suggesting. You can have one section to "fill out the form" and one section to "send email". That allows you to format each section separately, one section with a date picker and one section with an expression field.
