Jay@Work:Add new document = Applications%2FForms%2FAllItems%2Easpx&DefaultItemOpen=1 (browser)
Click new document from the ribbon = = Applications%2FForms%2FAllItems%2Easpx&DefaultItemOpen=1 (browser)
Workflow = [%Current Item:URL Path%]
Clicking on an existing item = Applications%2FForms%2FAllItems%2Easpx&DefaultItemOpen=1 (browser)
Selecting an existing item and clicking edit button = opens form in infopath (infopath) <--- This is a problem, why is the edit button ignoring that this is a web enabled form?
I think that SharePoint will always provide the two. If you hover over one specific form, then expand the menu, I think you'll see two options: Edit and Edit with browser. So the option to Edit (in InfoPath) is still there, but the user also has the option to "Edit with browser".
The solution might be to put together a valid URL for opening in the browser, instead of using the %Current Item:URL Path%.
I don't think this is the full URL (Applications%2FForms%2FAllItems%2Easpx&DefaultItemOpen=1) but since you know the full URL, then it should be possible to use concat to store the form's browser URL in a form node, then use that as the link that people click to open the form.
