I got SaveToSharepoint working and created a separate field that is a URI with its default value qRulesLink promoted to my document library. This works great with one attachment but I have SaveToSharepoint in a repeating table. How can I put multiple links in the document library when it is submitted under the Links Column. In other words people add there attachments in the repeating table clicking SaveToSharePoint creating multiple links in the form. How can I evaluate the repeating table and concat each link?

Can you use the merge option when you promote the field?

Function is grayed out with the promoted uri field.

I apologize my field was not in the repeating group I added it and was able to choose merge and it worked perfectly. Thank you. I was wondering vs showing the full link could I show the filename the way it works in the form? They click the file name as the hyperlink.

I'm not sure - I don't think there is going to be a way to do this with promoted properties - because that would require one value used as the display, the other as the link.

Ok I understand. Sorry to be a pest but I have one more question. If the attachment has spaces in the filename the hyperlink cuts off a portion and doesn't form a full link. Is it possible to concat the spaces outand join all the words?

You are not a pest.

You could encode the the URL.... no surprise, we have a command for that....

The rule would go on the qRulesLink field. The condition could be if the qRulesLink contains space.

You'd use a concat formula, like:

concat("Encode /text=", ., " /type=url")

With the . referring to the qRulesLink field, since that is what you'd be setting the rule on - oh, and you'd be setting the qRules Command field to this formula .... does that make sense?

Makes sense but doesn't appear to be working. I set the rule on qRulesLink with condition qRulesLink contains " ". Then I set the fields value to command = concat("Encode /text=", ., ", /type=url"). Is this correct?

I left out a rather vital step, sorry - the encoded result should be returned to the Result field - so you would then set the qRulesLink field to the value in the QdabraRules Result field.
