One of our form templates makes SharePoint return the following error message when we try to upload it: "An item with the same key has already been added" What kind of Key is SP referring to?? We do not have any other form templates with the name already uploaded. Thanks!

Have you tried deleting the existing form and uploading a new one with a different name?

Jo-Anne's suggestion is a good one - I'm wondering, does your form have code?

When you say "uploading" what do you mean? Are you admin approving this template? That's what I assumed, but since it doesn't have code, that wouldn't make sense....

Have you checked the SharePoint logs?

Hi again, By uploading I mean upload a form template to the Central Administration - Manage Form Templates site. After I've chosen the published file and clicked "upload", SharePoint almost immediately returns the error message. And yes, I admin approve the template, but no code. I will try to find something i the log files. In the meantime I will be happy if you come up with any other ideas :)

Not to be silly - but I'm curious - why are you admin approving a template without code? You can just publish it as a browser enabled content type --- not sure if that would work around the "key" issue.
