Hello, i have an infopath and i want to use some fields in a specific sharepoint webpart. When i promote the repeating table fields the field is promoted as a string field so it's limited to 256 chars or something like that. I need some help about the best way to pass the repeating table merged fields and the best way to use the fields inside the webpart. The idea is to have a form and use the form field values without limitation of chars.

 assign the value of your merged fields to a rich text box and promote the rich text box (use plain text as function).
