I looked at your approved/denied section, and the conditional formatting is incorrect, and I am not sure how you configured the submit button - b/c I don't see submit button in the form you sent.

I just added a submit button, and modified the confitional formatting in the approved/denied section - and I was able to see the hidden section in the sent email.

Attached your modified form, and in the 'Main Submit' data connection - change the email address in the 'To' field to a valid one.

    Hope that works for you!

     Hi Aruna,

Thank you for the help! i finally got it working.

If the form is approved, is there a way to add the dates, into the managers calendar, that the users will be on leave for?

It's b/c the value column in the drop down is empty, add some data to the value column and try again - it should work!

    Regarding your other question:

If the form is approved, is there a way to add the dates, into the managers calendar, that the users will be on leave for?

     hi Aruna,

I have been struggling with this code.

So ive decided to try another route > Is it possible to create a follow up flag in outlook when the form is accepted, or do the users have to do this manually?
