Hi, and thanks for purchasing qRules!
1. You would need to copy your data outside the repeating table INTO a field inside the repeating group. You wouldn't have to show the field on the form, of course, and you can use a default value on the field so that all of the instances have the value from the non-repeating field.
2. You can submit data from more than one repeating table in the same form. But you'll need to set up a mapping file and a SharePoint list submit connection for your repeating group, just like you did for the first one.
3. A repeating section is like a repeating table, at least if you ask the form's data structure! Both bound to repeating groups which usually have one or more non repeating fields in them. So, yes, you can use use either a table or a group on your form.
4. I don't understand this question, I'm afraid. Do you mean modifying your template so the repeating group contains more fields? If you want those to also submit to your SharePoint list, you'll need to update your mapping.xml file to include the form fields and the list fields.
Hope that helps, post back if you need more information!
