repeating table, sharepoint list and workflow

    Hi

I got at form with some repeating (date)fields. It sends formfields to a Sharepoint formlibrary.

Now, on the library I have added a workflow that copies the file to another library containing the same form fields. But the data from the repeating fields are not shown.

    Any solution?

    Thanks in advance.

    /Michael

Yeah, you can't just copy a form over - it has to be associated with the same form template in the next place.

What requirements makes you have to copy the XML file elsewhere?

    hi michael,

It would make the scene more clear if you answer warrtalon question that what makes you shifting your document to another place.

If you want that at same time your form should get saved to two different document libraries then you can create  submit data connection for both the libraries and on button click you can write rules to submit it to 2 different libraries.

    Hi

Sorry for the late answer - haven't been online for a couple of days ;-)

Now, I want to copy the list items to another library including the infopath file using a workflow. Everything works fine, except data from repeating tables are not shown in the library, where i copy to (in the list).

The reason to copy and delete is the form contains data like social security number.

    Does that makes sense?
