Hi,

I am developing an infopath form in MOSS Form Services, I wonder if i can retrieve the Full Name of the current logged user. "I am developing an inranet portal"

Hi MAS,

You can simply get the username of the logged in user by using the following statement in code:

this.Application.User.LoginName

However, it's not so easy to get the full name of the logged in user. In my opinion the best way is to do a webservice call to one of MOSS's webservices and get Information about the user. I have found an article on the web which gives an example of how to achieve this.
