    email submission outside domain

I want to be able to submit a form via email to a recipient in another company (both parties using infopath 2003).

I have tried this but have hit a problem in that the recipient cannot open the form as the template is not available to him.

Is there anyway round this apart from finding a public location accessable to both parties to store the template on?

One way perhaps is t send a copy of the template when submitting the form, is that possible?

Many thanks for this, its kind of what I expected.
I'm now trying to publish to a file location on my PC that I know will exist to the far end recipients PC so when I send the form to them and they save it there, the form will find the template.

    I'm trying to publish to:

    %HOMEPATH%\Form.xsn

But info path doesnt recognise this OS variable (or any other I've tried)

    Anyone know of a workaround?

    Hello,

You should be asking the other company people to extract the files from the xsn and using manifest.xsf they should publish it to the same location(path) as you publish on your machine

Hope I did understand your problem well

Do I have to use the publish feature on Infopath, or could I extract these files, zip them up and instruct them to create the common directory and extract these files there?
