Hi there,

When creating a form library using sharepoint 2003 and infopath 2003 I've noticed that when a form is saved to the library and I hover the mouse over the form I get the Arrow at the end that, when clicked, opens a menu that has options like 'Delete', View Properties' etc.

I know there's a way to remove this so that users don't have this drop down list but I don't know how to remove it.

Is there anyone out there that can help me?

Hi,

You can set in in your Group Permission Level. Go to Site Setting > People and Group. At side menu, click Site Permission > Settings > Permission Level.

Choose your permission level group by clicking the permisson level name (Eg: Contribute). Then, under List Permissions, just uncheck permission that you want to remove (eg: Edit Item, Delete Item, and View Item).

Would that be the case for Sharepoint 2003? I can't find People and Group option.
