I have a form that is used to submit data to an SQL database. The same fields are used to show the data of a form already saved in the database.
Now, what I am trying to do is, when I retrieve data for a certain form, I want to automatically check (tick) a checkbox if a certain field is not blank. I have set the conditions and rules to set a field's value (the checkbox's value) to TRUE (as well as 1) but the checkbox does not automatically get ticked. The data type of the check box is Boolean.
What I observed however was that if the field that I am checking is not blank and if I check the checkbox, I cannot uncheck it (which probably means that the rule is working fine - althouh some action from my part is needed to trigger it off)
I would really appreciate any help to resolve this.
