trying it now..basically there was no error message. The form submitted fine but the filename + date did not show but instead, it showed as the exact formula I insert.

The formula i tested quite a few but end out to be no good for example: concat('daily status report - ', today())  never worked...I just simply want filename + date. seems infopath soo hard to make that happen.

Hi! the form submits perfectly fine with static file name..but when putting dynamic formula, it did not generate the things i wanted (file name + date stamp)

Hi! I am a newbie to infopath but pick it up quickly. I have a form and integrated it to work with SharePoint 2003 portal. Basically a form will be submitted to the SharePoint library.
