Ok I had hardly finished clicking post when I found this one out :-)  Of course I simply use the translate function in the Timar_pr_mann textbox it self so: translate(., ",", ".") ok I think I cracked this one The rich text boxes do not seem to show up outlook webmail for some reason I changed them to multiline text boxes and the problem was solved. do not know why this happens but thats how it works. thank you Þorsteinn

  the box is a rich text box Sorry about not stating that before multiline is active and the box expands instead of forming a scroll bar.

Nope no conditional formatting nor filtering. they are in a repeating section but everything else in that section is showing.
