thanks! Rajitha, this works on the 'design this form'   it disable that option,  but the top line menu is still there ,  and the user can design a new form through that , it may be a unreasonable asking to disable the top line menu like File ...  ,because the user has the rights?   is it ...

I want to make forms that final users use to fill out the infomation, but I really don't want them to change other thing such as using the tool bar,  because  the forms left in user's computers, So, is it possible ?  and Say hi to  friends here.

I solve the problem by something lilke tricky  ....   but it works ,  use the sharepoint user right since  the document libary is in sharepoint

that means all user only see the sub view?  how to depend on user?

Hi Hilary,  the section works, but the the form service doesn't support the user role, so ,  is there anyway to hide the 'clean blank' check box to some users so that they just can see the result after the power user check the check box? everyone can still see the blank items if they uncheck ...

because I need to use the form data in sharepoint workflow,  .....but yeah , it seems not big deal , I can still use the form xml file even it has some blank field that not been filled(just doesn't show it up)..  the check box and the conditional formatting  be supported ...

Thanks! Hilary good idea!  but that means...lots of section?  and how the final form follow the second view's result?  I tried to show the result by using conditional formatting in second view,but  the blank nodes still in the final form there..    and Can the browser- enabled form use the ...

my requirement want to clean  the items that she doesn't fill out in the form and the final form just show the items she filled, the problem is the title is just text, and how I can reorganize  those field,  I tried to use different view ...but is it a way to do that?
