Hi I am looking for some help. I have a form where my users submit holiday in to a Sharepoint Form Library. I want to create a button that will open a new view and show the users previous submitted dates. I have done this with an Access Data base but I don;t know how to do this in an InfoPath form. Hi Clay  It was a filter issue.. I have change the default filter to not just show 100 but as many as it can then it worked.. Thanks for that heads up.. Saved my job.. lol.. Thanks again for your help.. Chris  

 Hi..   Yes I am standing on about 600 now and yes every one has permission to view it.. It is hidden so they cant get access but they can view it if they know how to find it.. Chris
