Is there a quick way to apply the same rule to multiple fields without manually doing it on each field?  Thanks, just trying to save some time!

Nevermind, I figured it out!  For others with the same problem, made a rule for each selection field where the action was the set the field's value and then used a filter to select the value from the database.
