Sharepoint list has site/adress/city/state/zip info, and is a secondary data connection to my InfoPath form. On the form, the user selects a site from a drop-down, which should auto-populate the four individual address/city/state/zip fields. I have a single rule on the "site" drop-down with the ... Posted to Microsoft Access (Forum) by bmerrifield on 01-07-2010 InfoPath form, retrieve portion of SharePoint list Hello, Working on a new form that depending on what is selected from a drop-down list, will filter and return (a repeating table?) rows from a SharePoint list. Basically, users are cutting/pasting an Excel table into a Word document. I want to create a rich InfoPath form (lock it down from editing, host it on SharePoint, workflows etc.) and then ... Posted to General (Forum) by bmerrifield on 02-10-2009 Expression Box vs. Text Box Hello, I'm trying to get the order total and using an XPath as an example from the InfoPath Team Blog in an Expression Box: sum(xdMath:Eval(my:lineItems, "my:Price * my:Quantity")) However, I would like to have the order total presented in a column in our SharePoint library. I'm trying to create the same XPath in a Text ... Posted to General (Forum) by bmerrifield on 05-08-2008 Re: Single InfoPath form, multiple list items I discovered what I was missing - since the form may have multiple dates, I need to specify an aggregation attribute for the field. Posted to General (Forum) by bmerrifield on 01-01-2008 Re: InfoPath form issue or Outlook 2007 problem Yes to both of those Clay. I checked the properties of the folder and I am unable to select "Promote form properties and display the data as columns in a new view". That option is greyed out (on all the Form Libraries I've been testing with). Thanks, Brian Posted to General (Forum) by bmerrifield on 01-01-2008 InfoPath form issue or Outlook 2007 problem Trying to duplicate what Tudor Toma demonstrated in this blog post. I'm working on the same asset tracking demo form, but none of the form data is "promoted" when viewed in Outlook 2007. I've tested on Outlook 2007 beta, beta 2, RTM, SP1 with no success, so not sure if its something wrong with Outlook 2007 or my forms. The ... Posted to General (Forum) by bmerrifield on 12-28-2007 Re: Single InfoPath form, multiple list items Hello Clay, An employee will NOT update there form each time. Each time they want to make a new request, they will have submit a new form. If the employee wants to take a week-long vacation, I want the form to have five lines for each day individually. We may or may not need coverage for that employee on each of the days the employee will be on ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by bmerrifield on 12-21-2007 Single InfoPath form, multiple list items Hello, I'm developing a few forms that need to present the items within the form as unique entries/items in a SharePoint list. Two examples are an employee time off request form and a purchase requisition form. An employee may submit one form, but with multiple items/requests in each form. I've been using a repeating table, as I can ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by bmerrifield on 11-08-2007 Page 1 of 2 (14 items) 1 2 Next > Copyright © 2003-2019 Qdabra Software.
