My organisation has recently moved to users accessing the system via a Citrix desktop, and since then the 10 or so Infopath 2003 forms I have deployed onto our Intranet (using Sharepoint) are coming up with an "ADO Security Warning" error when accessed. This is ONLY happening for the forms that retrieve data from some Access ... Posted to General (Forum) by jorobertson on 09-10-2010 Re: Can a form still be opened if the form template is moved? Thanks for your help. I'll speak to our Sharepoint Administrator and see if we can get this to work. Jo Posted to General (Forum) by jorobertson on 11-04-2009 Can a form still be opened if the form template is moved? Hi there,Apologies in advance if this topic has already been covered, I did some searches but couldn’t find anything….I have previously designed some Infopath form templates (.xsn's, in Infopath 2003) for my company which were published on our old Intranet (Sharepoint 2003). The forms, once completed by the staff and HR department ... I'm afraid I have no idea how to write code for the forms so I guess I'll have to forget this option. Thank you for your help anyway. Jo Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by jorobertson on 03-20-2008 Save to default network file location with a button on a form Hi there, I need to put a button on the end of my form that automatically saves the completed form into a specified (same every time) network file location. I've tried setting up a Data Connection but it only points to a Web service, email or Sharepoint form library, not a network file location (unless I can somehow use one of these to do ... I've tried it again now and realise it didn't work because of another field I'd forgotten I'd put validation on. So it seems to work fine now, thanks so much for your help. Jo Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by jorobertson on 10-12-2007 Data validation and blank cells Hi there, I've done a search but can't find this question being asked before, although I'm sure it will have as it seems very basic. Is there any way to perform data validation on fields when they are not blank, but allow them to be submitted if left blank? I have lots of optional sections in my form, but wish to check the ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by jorobertson on 10-11-2007 Re: Conditional formatting on repeating tables Fantastic, that's just what I needed! I never noticed that little box down there, but it completely answers my question, so THANK YOU Greg! Jo Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by jorobertson on 09-20-2007 Conditional formatting on repeating tables Hi, Please can someone help? I'm getting very confused about something I'm trying to do in my form. I have a form collecting vacancy information for a company. Staff can input (into a repeating section) 1 or more jobs that needs to be filled and the form gets sent to HR. Each job has to be checked for possible redeployment ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by jorobertson on 09-20-2007 Re: Autopopulate a text box from another by matching fields in a secondary data source? Thanks for your help Clay. Actually my users are putting in the cost centre number and need the description to pop up (so round the other way) but I've got the autopopulate part working. The thing i'm stuck on now is the error message. I've added a rule on the cost centre text box saying if cost centre (entered into form) does not = ...
