Hi Matt, Thanks for the reply that is what I was looking at doing, however my knowledge of creating rules is quite there yet...Theres no problem with adding the first rule but the 2nd rule you proposed is where I break down. I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction on how to create the rule. Thanks, Shiraz

Hi, This is my first post on this forum so forgive if this question has been asked before. Let me give a quick overview of the form I created, we have a drop list of addresses of Tenants which autofills the rest of the details of the tenants, eg. date of birth, age postcode etc....
