Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by dpsavy on 02-23-2007 Cannot clear read-only when signed attribute Hello All, It seems like such a stupid question, but it has gotten me completely frustrated. I cannot seem to clear the ''When signed, make control read-only'' attribute of anything in my form. Every time I clear the check box click apply and ok then open it back up the box is checked and grayed again. Any ideas? Thanks. It is interesting though seems like that would be right up conditional formatting's ally. Perhaps in a future release? Posted to General (Forum) by dpsavy on 02-14-2007 Conditional Text Alignment Hello All, I was wondering if there is a way to align a textbox based on its value, whether through code or conditional formatting. For example if the value is ''Yes'' then left align. If ''No'' then right Align. I'm sure its something simple and I am just missing it. Thanks again for all the guidance. Just set the txtPath to your shared folder, I would reccomend you use a unc path (i.e \\server\share\) rather than a mapped drive letter (i.e S:\share) this make it much more effiecent. I know at my command everyone's ''S'' drive is mapped differently but using a ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by dpsavy on 02-01-2007 Re: Cascading Repeating Sections Hello Greg, Sounds great. I have set a key field that populate the signature section every time a selection is made in a DDL. Then I set the conditonal formating for the signature section to ''hide this control'' if the keys don't match. However, this ends up hiding every field. Where am I going wrong? Thanks again.
