Thanks Patrick, I tried repairing the installation and republishing the form to a new library, but I'm still getting the same error. I did a quick Windows search for inlaunch.dll, and found it in 2 locations: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11
