I don't think this site is owned or operated by Microsoft so they probably don't.    I'm pretty sure it's going to take someone opening up a case with them directly for this issue to be resolved. 

 Looks like it's KB3162075, it's a Security Update for InfoPath 2013, so be careful if you plan to uninstall it as it does guard against a vulnerability.  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3162075/description-of-the-security-update-for-infopath-2013-may-8-2018 

 I also wanted to chime in that I too am experiencing the same problem with IP2013 and forms that are set for 'Domain Trust'.   Something in this last batch of updates broke it apparently.  I haven't had time to narrow down the specific update yet.   As you pointed out, it's only affecting some forms ...
