SO I have informed my manager that we have hit a roadblock, and am going to try and find someone inside the ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by JonathanShearman on 02-10-2016 Re: Fields/Columns not displaying I have discovered that these fields/columns have been duplicated on the site level, as their names appear more than once. In other words, if I go to Site Settings> Site Columns>Microsoft InfoPath, then I see Client and Region columns are repeated three times. So this is clearly a duplication or corruption. I am just wondering if I ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by JonathanShearman on 02-10-2016 Re: Fields/Columns not displaying One more relevant fact - if I look into 'add site columns' under List View, I notice that the Client and Region columns appear more than once. If I import the duplicates, and then by trial and error work out which of the identical column/field names is the right one, the Client and Region entries will start to appear. But I ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by JonathanShearman on 02-10-2016 Fields/Columns not displaying I have been working on a checklist which has been created in InfoPath 2010 and published on SharePoint 2010. We're piloting it for general deployment. Now one of the consultants has created a number of checklists for a live project. There are two columns called Region and Client. The standard view is 'group by Region, then ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by JonathanShearman on 02-10-2016 Re: Count Occurrences of a Specific Entry in a Field YAY! Cracked it. I have to write the formula as count(function 1)+count(function2)+count(function3) I was trying to add all the functions with only one COUNT signifier (i.e. count(function1)+(function2)+(function3). So that was generating a NaN which means 'not a number'. So I figured it out. Anyway I will leave this here as ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by JonathanShearman on 02-03-2016 Re: Count Occurrences of a Specific Entry in a Field It's a form I am creating myself. I'm a consultant to an organisation who was hired as a technical writer but has ended up mainly doing SharePoint content development. This form started out as a checklist in Excel, so I have taken that and converted it to InfoPath. They like InfoPath a lot, now they've seen it, but ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by JonathanShearman on 02-03-2016 Re: Count Occurrences of a Specific Entry in a Field I am trying to do a count of a task list with three status flags - Not Started, In Progress, Complete. I have created a field which is supposed to display the count of each item using the following formula count(CPS_Status[. = "In Progress"]). That field is supposed to display the 'count' of number of ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by JonathanShearman on 02-03-2016 How to edit a URL after it has been entered in a browser form I am automating a project checklist using InfoPath 2010. The way I'm going about it is to create an InfoPath template with repeating tables, then outputting that, then populating a copy of the form with the entries from the Project Checklist by adding the required number of rows, then pasting in the entries, which were originally drafted in ...
