  • Re: calculated sharepoint lists unviewable

Thanks Shiva , but sadly this wont work. The concatenated field is specific to a number of documents held within the document library. Is it not possible to view calculated sharepoint fields in infopath?

  • calculated sharepoint lists unviewable

Is is part of infopath functionality or am i doing something wrong? I cant seem to see any columns from a sharepoint library that are calculated. I have a Field that simply concatenates [Title] and [Today] yet i cant see it. I have run a few tests and all columns are seen when creating the data connection apart from those based on a calculation.

  • Re: reviewing submitted data

Sorry I probably didn't explain myself properly. I don't actually want the user to have to use share point at all, another tool they need to be trained on. What I want, is to have the same ability as you have within access where you can toggle between entries. So the user could select a button titled next, that then recalls the data from the next ...

  • reviewing submitted data

I was wondering how easy it would be to recall data from submitted forms in InfoPath from a share point form library. The scenario would be that I have a user that only has InfoPath; they submit a number of forms to a share point library. By using the form can they have the ability to flick through the forms library by viewing the data held ...

  • Re: Populating data from repeating tables

Sorry should have explained myself a little better. The repeating table has three cells (drop downs) linked to 3 separate share point lists. The user is able to create multiple entries based on these values. I have also created a submit function which saves the form back to a form library within share point. On submitting, the 3 cells within the ...

  • Populating data from repeating tables

Is there anyway of enabling infopath to populate a field with data from multiple lines within a repeating table. I have a repeating table linked to sharepoint. Fields 1 , 2 , and 3 submit to sharepoint but if i insert another item this data is not captured. Can multiple lines of data populate one cell?
