How can I prevent people from resubmitting forms? We sadly are unable to utilise the digital signature functionality within our organisation. I have limited what users can do by utilising roles and views but still cannot prevent people from resubmitting a form. can you create a rule that locks a form once the submit function has been applied , allowing perhalps only the creator of the form to make changes

One way is to remove the default submit button and have a button in the view which does the submit and hide that button to people whenever you don't want them to submit the form.

Other way is to set the return status as false in the "OnSubmitRequest" event and return if the form is already submitted.
