Posted to General (Forum) by Sash on 08-18-2006 Sort data - performance issue Hello, We try to sort xml data using approach of Assets Tracking sample. They say it takes for a considerable time to sort for about a hundred nodes (20 seconds on Celeron 1.8). It looks a litle bit strange as there are no any complex calculations in the solution. Is it possible to optimize this approach? Posted to General (Forum) by Sash on 06-14-2006 Re: "if" or "iif" function in xpath Well, I just was sure of such kind of function is. Having two expression box is a good solution :) Posted to Code (Forum) by Sash on 06-02-2006 Re: Multiple JScript code modules for a single form Thank you, Greg, it works. But the new script file does not appear in the project explorer of MSE. It seems this file is read only when the form is opened in design mode. I close a form every time when I need to edit and save the additional script. Is it possible to open it in read-write mode during designing the form? But what specifically do you mean when you say code modules? ''js'' files are exactly what I had in mind. By default Infopath solution has single ''script.js'' file. I would like to add one more ''js'' file to the solution but I can't find way to ... It would be very necessary when code is large. Posted to General (Forum) by Sash on 05-31-2006 Create auto increment field in a secondary ds There is a solution of creating autoincrement field in main data source using ''../preceding-sibling::my:item'' expression in ''How To''. But I need such kind of field in secondary data source. It has a dummy field intended to populate by identity values in Infopath. Yes, it is possible to get identity values from data server, but it is not ... Posted to General (Forum) by Sash on 05-15-2006 Using OnAfterChange of a parent node I have a parent node which has multiple child items. One of child items is used as ''IsChanged'' indicator. So, when any child is changed, ''IsChanged'' field would be changed to true. One can solve this task by specifying the same function in ''OnAfterChange'' handler of every child items besides ''IsChanged'' field. But I want to use ...
