Hello,
I need help to create a simple formula in an expression box. It would return two values for choice depending on boolean expression.
For example, function
"iif (bool, ValTrue, ValFalse)"
returns ValTrue if bool is true else it returns ValFalse.

I think an easier way to do this is to use two expression boxes with conditional formatting. In the first put the 'ValTrue' with conditional formatting to "Hide when 'bool' is false" and the second put 'ValFalse' with conditional formatting to "Hide when 'bool' is true"

I do it now in exactly the same way as you say, but I supposed it would be rather use calculations than condition formating when an expression box is in repeating table.

Hm, is this for performance reasons? I don't see how it being in a repeating table makes a difference.

There is no such if/iff functions for you to use.

You will either need to bind your expression box to a node--the value of which you fill via rules or code, or else you will need to do as Matt suggested and have two expression boxes which hide/show depending on the true/false value.

Well, I just was sure of such kind of function is.
Having two expression box is a good solution :)
