Others opened the form & re-submitted with the same error. Even after waiting 10 minutes. I can tell you that if I change the file name formula in the submit data connection, I can then submit this form (once) & end up with two forms. The old & the new. If I or anyone else opens this (new) form, regardless of elapsed time (10 mins. or not) & try ...
