Hilary, I ran across this and changed the url for my submit data connections to access my server via ip rather than server name.  Not sure why but this seems to have fixed the issue.   

Hilary, Thank you for responding.  I made the change to my form that you suggested.  However, I receive a different error now.  I have attached a screenshot of the previous error as well.  The new error is a bit lengthy:   Failed to submit to SharePoint. URL = ...

I am trying to edit data and save to a SharePoint List using Qrules.  If I preview my InfoPath form and try to submit data, everything works perfectly.  However, when I publish the form to my sharepoint site, I receive the following error: Error ocurred submitting data to list: Request failed.
