Man, you are beautiful.  I was trying to write code with MailTO commands and I just assumed the rule submit would be the same as the default submit. That worked, and I have a multi-drop form that submits to over 8 locations, and you just saved me.  Larry

So if I follow you..... I could use the submit function to send the form to a list of email addresses that have been predefined in exhange to redirect to the fax server...??? I'm not sure how I would define exchange mail addresses and pass the fax numbers from my document as wildcards. Sounds prickly. I'll have to think about it.

That's a good suggeswtion Patrick, but Microsoft really needs to fix this. It's not a problem in ACCESS. That program knows how to report information....why can't infopath. The problem is that if you have a 15 view form like I'm running to do medical records, you need to make it a 30 view form to just get rid of the stupid little drop down ...
