Hi I have a sharepoint site in office 365 with a List and have used infopath to create a form for staff to fill in and populate the list. When i try and allow permissions to the form it gives them access to view the list as well so they are able to see other staffs submissions. Is there a way to prevent this? Hi Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with form load rules but cannot find one that specifies whether they refresh the form or not. Could you advise me as to where this is? Thanks

Hi Thanks for the reply. Do you know how i would go about generating the link and getting that into an email? My data is currently in sharepoint lists with an infopath form to populate the list. Is this still achievable with that setup? Thanks

I have been looking at workflows which might also do what i need it to but still the link for the line manager then required outlook to approve :S

Hi It's to see another view of a form. E.g. a user fills in the form then a link gets emailed to the LM with a different view of that form so they can fill in some more boxes at the bottom. Thanks
