Hi, In the rule to set the field, use Concatenate function. concate(yourfield,"This is Critical) in case of TRUE. If the your field is empty, it will show This is Critical, else it will add the text to it.

Hi Manju, You can save the list as template and re-create the list with a different name. This should copy the InfoPath form will all the fields and rules. Hope it helps.

Hi Sailor, You can do so by creating Data Connection to your list. Then add a drop down field on the form and configure it connect to this external data connection. Select Value and ID from the field you want to show. It will show the values from the column in your list and then you can save it as well. Hope it helps.
