That makes sense. It means nothing is sent to the DB but email with the form data is delvered.

Thank you very much for your help!  It does follow the user so it's not the machine. What we found that it's a connectivity issue with the database because when we disconnect from the DB it sends the form. We're getting closer but it still won't work.

We built a form in Infopath that sends the data to our database in MS Access. Some of our users on our network cannot submit the Infopath form. Those users are always getting the error "Please fill out required fields" but all of the fields are complete. Why do we get this error and why only with certain users? Thank you!
