 So far it appears to be isolated to only this user.  I have tried to find info on the correlation ID but haven't found much.  I'm a bit of a novice here so I am unsure what you mean by the "SharePoint logs"?  And yes, I am indeed referring to the Person Picker control--sorry for any confusion there! 

We have a browser-based form using IP 2010 and SP 2010. A user who has been able to use the contact picker control in the past with no problem is now unable to add anyone. Interesting. I've been using Internet Explorer 9 and that is where it is worst.  I checked it on Firefox 22.0 and, while it's much better than on IE, I still experience some of the issues.  Strangely enough, it seems to be working just fine on Google Chrome.  Thoughts?  Thanks!
