I have made an InfoPath form which takes just the user's information (FName, LName, Email, Phone) and an amount. Once they hit submit it runs some custom VB code to post to the Authorize.Net web site and I get a response back in the form of HTML. I am ... I went ahead and decided to do the concat(Username - now()) for the time being. This way I don't have to have that data connection to retrieve the ID. Also I did get the impersonation working but since I am removing the permissions from each of the items. So when the user opened the form and the data connection ... Could anyone point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated. Thanks, Brandon Posted to Code (Forum) by Bnighgrow on 02-14-2013 Re: Counting list items based on query You can try to create a new data connection in Info Path 2010. Have that data connection retrieve the 'ID' field from the list/library. Upon load or submit(I would do submit to make sure that two forms don't happen to be open at the same time.) Then have the Event Number set to concat(District, Division, year(startdate), ... Posted to Data Connections (Forum) by Bnighgrow on 02-14-2013 Auto Generate Unique Name for Document Library Issue Hello, I am having an issue with the very popular method of generating the unique name to use for the Form Libraries, that method being max(ID) + 1. Lately I have been using this method in all my forms in order to provide a nice way of keeping the names unique after each submission. However I also been working on the best way to manage security ... The form that I made takes purchase information such as Credit Card CID# and other things, and then sends that information using a post to our Authorizer. The form has been working fine until ... So still stuck, but I wont know if the error is coming from the Certifications. We shall see come Wednesday. Happy New years, Brandon Posted to Code (Forum) by Bnighgrow on 12-28-2012 Re: Getting a 5337 Error on Production Site. Same thing. However I got it working again in Test. Out of frustration I simply did the following: 1) Deleted the form library 2) Deactivated the Site Collection Feature (Since it needed to be a Admin approved Temp) 3) Made sure the recycling bins where empty at all levels, then removed the content type from Root. 4) Recreated library. 5) ... I haven't made any changes to my code for my forum, and now all of a sudden I am getting that stupid 5337 error in my Test Development site!! Not cool Infopath. There hasn't been any changes to the SSL certs or anything like that. Is there any more detailed Logs that I can open other than the one I posted previously? ... Talk about tedious. I have never dealt with using an External XML Source seems very benefical. I will implement this, and I appreciate the lesson. Thank You.
