I've had a quick search around the forums(read:spent 2 and a half hours trawling the internet for every mention of my key words) and have been unable to come up with anything comprehensible so I thought I'd throw it out to you knowledgable folks. I have a form set up that everybody fills in and submits via email every week. I've ...

*sigh* It works on the VM I'm running on the same computer but not on the computer itself. Don't you just love Technology? I can see there's the hidden helper field with the rules on, so: When you click the < button, the hidden helper field value is changed to "Back" When the hidden helper field = "Back", the ...

Thanks for looking into this, Hilary. Slight problem I have before anything else - I can't open the form! Error: The form template was created with a newer version of InfoPath. Gennady - as far as I can make out, you are suggesting I change my form so that multiple rows are automatically shown when the form is opened, and that the numbers in the boxes are defaulted?  I feel I'm being particularly obtuse here :(

Drat - I just remembered Infopath won't be able to mix languages - can you do something similar in VB?

Gennady - I also have Infopath 2007 which doesn't seem to let me drag and drop anything anyway. Trying to follow your answer logically in a separate sheet with the same table still gives the same result - each row reverts to that of row 1.

butsa80 - thanks for the code - I shall try it when the servers are back up and running. It looks fairly straight forward to follow but, like most languages, easier to read than create from scratch. Will let you know how it goes. Gennady - Having had a look at the other post I don't think it's the same issue, unless I am ...
