In an effort to show how it "should" look, I am attaching a correctly filled out end result. Keep in mind that both of the screenshots were filled out by 2 different people, so they are not exact, but you can still get the picture of what I'm dealing with.

I am running into an issue when users are filling out some fields within a Repeating Table. I've found that the users are copying/pasting from a browser window, and placing the content into the appropriate table fields.
