InfoPath Dev

I am not seeing any option to send the active view when i step through the email data connection wizard.  This is Infopath 2003. Does that make a difference?  

Well, the attachement is an XML document and when I open the attachment, a window flashes that looks like it is downloading something from the SP site. Also, when i try to open the document from a machine that is not on the network, i get an error that it cannot contact the site.  That's why i assumed that it has to pull the layout down ...
