Add Microsoft.SharePoint.dll to your references.  Then use the following code:  SPUtility.Redirect("http://www.yahoo.com", SPRedirectFlags.Trusted | SPRedirectFlags.DoNotEndResponse, HttpContext.Current);   It works for me on SharePoint 2007.
