This really helped : Extract the files. Right click one of the templates and select Design - that will open it in design mode.

I downloaded and extracted the 2 FORMS (MS Infopath Form Template's). I did as you said - right click and select DESIGN. Perfect. Thanks so much for your help.

I try to create my first FORM.  NEW shows "Available Forms"/Recently used Forms/Find a form. BUT - from there I have no form on my PC. I would have expected a set of "out of box" templates - and I would select one?  What am I missing?
