Sorry, let me rephrase it.  When i create a database template, I want to add a people picker field to the form.  It won't let me add one.  I know the SQL tables can't handle the people picker because it stores it in three ways.  I would like to have it seperate adn just reference it back.  This is what the error ...

Can you use a people picker with a database connection?  I just want to use it a seperate field then reference it back using the diplay name in the SQL table field.  Thanks.
