 Thank much, I am learning slowly but surely.

 I have one form with 11 views built on that form. So I think when the form is submitted I cannot see the view as separate submission on the sharepoint library by adding a formula right?

 Sorry, for my ignorance, it is a form library, the url is http://sitecollectionname/xx/xx/Forms/AllItems.aspx

 The form are submitted to the document library. Where do I find the form Library?

 In the Manage Data Connection, I have a formula (concat(StudentName, StudentLifeOption, today())) or concat(StudentName, HealthOfficeOption, today()). But this gives me the value true. I need the name to appear with the studentname,value of the Option name, but there are more than one options like HealthOfficeOption which has two value and ...

I have a dropdown list name = PrincipalOfficeOption and two values VerificationofResidency And SRDiploma. When the user selects VerificationofResidency the text box 'This is for sophomore only' will be visible and when the user select SRDiploma the text box This is for Seniors only text box will be visible. Any thoughts!

 I can select option 1 and on Condition formatting how do I diplay text box1 and hide text box 2. Conditional formating lets us hide or diable control. Can you describe a bit more?
