No luck. Both the data connection and the form are on the same server.  I tried selecting the option anyway, just in case, but it didn't make a difference so I removed it.  Maybe I don't have the form configured properly?  Is it expected behavior for the form to submit to the Qdabra Configuration view only when I fill it ...

I figured out the issue.  Just in case anyone else runs into this issue.  The server name on my installation showed:  http://sharepointservername:1234 The binding defaulted to the same http://sharepointservername:1234 However, the certificate was issued to sharepointservername.domain.com When I changed the binding in the Qdabra ...

The ceritificate shows the FQDN.  Would it be easier to just issue the certificate without the FQDN info?
