InfoPath Dev

Ok so I did that and click ignore and now i'm getting Cannot open a new form.  The form Template is not valid. Inside details i'm getting this The form template cannot be opened, because the system administrator has disabled opening form templates that require full trust. The cycle continues :o) 

I know i'm a pain, but it is still the case where if I open the mapper tool, i'm still getting cannot open the form due to trust.  Dont know what the issue is since i'm able to open the forms that i've created.  I appologize in advance if i'm a confused InfoNewb.

Ok so I installed the .js file that you gave me and it stated that it registerd the .xsn successfully, but when I open the form in design mode, the security is set to full and the cert is already in place, but when I go to preview I'm now getting Infopath cannot build the Visual Basic or C# code.  I really appreciate the help.
