Some fields in the Default Values section were unticked: Posted to General (Forum) by arangas on 03-10-2011 Disabled controls in a repeating section I'm having the same problem in InfoPath 2007 as this user. Essentially, new sections added in a repeating section have some controls disabled. The first section of the repeating behaves as expected. Then in the next section added, fields such as AmountReceived will work fine but FeeType and NoFee will be disabled. There is no ... Posted to Controls (Forum) by arangas on 03-10-2011 Multiple problems (bugs?) formatting InfoPath forms I've been using InfoPath 2010 to design a form. I'm currently getting two fairly major problems formatting it:When setting the background shade for a form's table, the setting is not kept. The setting is changed, but after saving and reopening it is lost. I have a decimal field that needs to be right-aligned. I have that ... Posted to General (Forum) by arangas on 02-21-2011 Copying from one row of a repeating table to another I have a repeating table on a form, and would like to include a button that copies the values from the previous row to the current row. Looking at the Action dialog in Manage Rules, this doesn't appear to be possible. Only a field can be used for the source value, not an expression. Is there any way to do this or is custom code (that ... Instead you have to click on the Data tab in the ribbon, then Default Values. Or you can go to the 'backstage' by clicking "File" in the ribbon and get to it via "Form Options", "Advanced". HTH Posted to General (Forum) by arangas on 02-16-2011 Re: How to use an "if" in an expression box? Great post on the InfoPath team blog! Wish I'd been able to find that! You're right, I may be able to use conditional formatting. However this was the simpler of my two examples that I need to use 'if' for. Thanks for your help, much appreciated! Posted to General (Forum) by arangas on 02-15-2011 How to use an "if" in an expression box? I have a field called PayRateUnformatted containing an integer value. Then there's the field PayRate which contains the following default expression:concat(../my:Working/my:PayRateUnformatted, "%") This isn't quite right. The field PayRate should contain the value "N/H" if PayRateUnformatted == 0. Is there any ... Posted to General (Forum) by arangas on 02-15-2011 Chrome support There is no formatting toolbar when writing posts in Google Chrome. Any chance of updating this? Thank you otherwise for the great forum. There's a good community of experts here. After more research I've found: Selecting the italicized text and then changing the font style from Label to Normal fixes the problem. However the preview for the Label font style doesn't show italics which doesn't help to suggest this. Changing the form to InfoPath 2007 compatibility mode removes the table options from ...
